Welcome to Dhobighaat. By using our laundry and dry cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.

1. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Dhobighaat’s laundry, dry cleaning, shoe cleaning, and related services.

• By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.

• Dhobighaat reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Service Usage

• Pickup & Delivery: We offer home pickup and delivery for all our services in Faridabad. Pickup and delivery times are subject to availability.

• Laundry & Dry Cleaning Process: We use industry-standard washing, dry cleaning, and stain removal techniques. While we take utmost care of your garments, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of tough stains.

• Item Inspection: We conduct an initial inspection for damages, stains, and fabric care instructions before processing. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Service Charges: Prices for our services are listed on our website and may be subject to change. Additional charges may apply for special garments, delicate fabrics, or express services.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, UPI, online payments (credit/debit cards), and mobile wallets. Payments must be completed before delivery.

• Taxes: All service prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel an order before pickup without any charges. Cancellations after pickup may be subject to a fee.

• Modifications: Any changes to your service request (such as adding/removing items) should be communicated before processing begins.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

• Standard Delivery: Our usual turnaround time is 24-48 hours, depending on the type of service.

• Express Service: Expedited cleaning is available at an additional cost.

• Delays: While we strive to meet our committed delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or technical issues.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must check all garments for valuable items before handing them over. Dhobighaat is not responsible for any lost personal belongings left in pockets or garments.

• Customers must review the order at the time of delivery and report any discrepancies within 24 hours.

7. Damage & Liability Policy

• Fabric Sensitivity: While we follow proper garment care instructions, we are not responsible for damage caused by manufacturer defects, weak fabric, or previous treatments.

• Lost Items: In the rare event of a lost item, we will conduct a thorough investigation. If confirmed, compensation will be limited to up to 5 times the service charge of the lost item.

• Color Bleeding & Shrinkage: Some fabrics may be prone to color bleeding, shrinkage, or fabric deterioration. Dhobighaat is not liable for such natural reactions during the cleaning process.

8. Refund & Compensation Policy

• No Refunds: As our services involve personalized garment care, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may offer service credits in certain cases.

• Compensation Limitations: Any compensation provided will not exceed 5 times the cleaning charge of the affected item.

9. Prohibited Items

Customers must not include:

• Items with flammable residues (e.g., petrol, paint).

• Infested clothing (e.g., mold, pests).

• Items that require special government clearance for cleaning.

Dhobighaat reserves the right to reject any order that contains prohibited items.

10. Privacy & Data Security

• We collect basic personal information to provide our services (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

• We do not share, sell, or trade your personal data with third parties.

11. Termination of Services

Dhobighaat reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for customers who:

• Engage in abusive or fraudulent activities.

• Repeatedly fail to make payments.

• Violate these terms and conditions.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, will be subject to Faridabad jurisdiction.
